This is from the same show as the last post. Angela seems to be having a good time on stage. I only managed to get there for half the set. What I heard was great, so I'll have to make it to the next one.
Camera Nerdery: When the colored lights only detract from the composition and it's beyond my abilities to work with what's in the original image, I've no qualms about stripping it to black and white using a color filter and adjusting the curve until I get something decent. Whenever I do this, I can't help but remember my first rolls of Tri-X, feverishly taking notes for every exposure, and trying to make something of Adams' Zone Theory. I was determined.
